150 Perfect Push-ups
*The goal is to touch the ground.
*every time you have to rest for more than 2 sec, or fail, you have to run 400 meters.

  1. What I've found so far today with this one is that your first set of push-ups is by far your longest. For instance, if your goal is to only run twice . . . don't think you're going to do 50, run, 50, run, and then your last 50. It hasn't been working that way for people. Often the last set is roughly half the reps of your first one!
